Day 11 . . . Do You Get Moody, Downhearted, Depressed?

 Often people who tend to feel this way seek drugs such as nicotine to counter these emotions. Perhaps you did that before you became addicted. Now that you have eliminated nicotine from your body and have set about re-programming your mind for a healthy lifestyle, you may experience some "down" periods. 

The coaching message today will help you assess your mental health so that you will better understand the "you" without nicotine-laden nicotine and know how to deal positively with negative feelings. 

Perhaps you are experiencing job burnout or responsibility burden.  We will address that today.  

Be encouraged . . . you are accomplishing a miracle!
