Taking Control is the 14-day Coaching Course in gaining victory over Nicotine. It is an ebook that guides in successful strategies for changing addictive behaviors through lifestyle improvements with a motivating approach. The ebook is entitled "Get Over Nicotine Safely with Courage and Power".
In the spirit of the CMATCH mission, individuals who engage in the Taking Control course should also participate in the "Let's Begin to Quit" support workshop with a Mentor where possible.
And, thereafter, keep scheduled appointments with the referred Phone Coach for at least 6 months and as long as 18 months.
However, if you do not have access to a CMATCH workshop, you certainly may participate in the Taking Control coaching course and select a non-tobacco-using friend to be your encouraging Partner who can also hold you accountable for engaging with it.
Because of the wholistic approach to facilitating success for participants, we strongly advise that if there are any other tobacco users in your home that they refrain from using it in the home. Ideally, we would encourage them to participate in this program with you and you both will live healthier lives.
